SHIPPING POLICY - FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $300  

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, please be aware we do not send to PO Boxes.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Furniture and Big Bulky Items 

Salon Furniture and big bulky items require extra handling and care because of this additional delivery fees apply however you do have the option to organise your own transport for delivery.  Please note you are able to make an order online and pick it up in store.
